Varno Fitness is a gym at 21 West Lincoln Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716. This policy covers what happens when you visit varno-demo.tail7c6ce6.ts.net, the website you’re reading now. It covers this website only, not the members-only app.
What we collect and how
When you send us a request through the form on this site, we collect your name, email, phone number, and what you tell us you’re looking for. We also note which page the request came from, so our team has context before they call.
Your browser sends some technical information automatically, including your device’s network address. Our website provider’s systems use a scrambled, short-lived version of it only to keep spam and bots off the form — it is never stored with your enquiry, and it is deleted automatically within minutes. The form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that a submission is coming from a person, not a script.
Cookies and other storage
This site does not set any cookies of its own and does not store anything in your browser’s local or session storage. The map on our Contact, About and footer sections embeds Google Maps to show our location; loading it may let Google set its own cookies, governed by Google’s own privacy policy, not ours.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page first.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your request and follow up by phone, text or email, and to keep the site and the form working correctly and free of spam and abuse.
Who helps us run the site
A handful of service providers help us operate this website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Neon hosts the database where enquiries are stored.
- Resend delivers the email that lands in the gym’s inbox when you submit the form.
- Google reCAPTCHA checks that a form submission is from a person, not a bot.
- Google Maps shows our location on the Contact, About and footer sections.
Calls, texts and emails
Once you send us a request, our team may call, text or email you about it. You can ask us to stop at any time — reply STOP to a text, or just tell us — and we will.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries as long as they are useful for following up and delete them on request.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting the gym — see Contact, below.
Children
Varno Fitness runs a Kids Class for ages 4–12. This website is built for adults and parents — a parent or guardian reaches out on their child’s behalf — and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date at the top of this page always shows when it was last updated.
